Youth link radio program

1. Radio Talkshow::

In an effort to reach and capture audience of a reasonable number of youths out of school, Radio Programs are conducted in the Local Languages -Lusoga and Luganda. These Radio Talk Shows are held every Saturday on NBS 89.4 FM, Jinja district and Radio Mpanga in Kamuli district running from 3:00 pm – 4:00pm and 6:00pm to 7:00pm respectively.
The radio talk shows are moderated by a UYAAS Doctor and youth moderator who has had extensive training in issues concerning youth sexual and reproductive health. On average, 14 phone calls are received per show. Approximately over 2 million young people and adults listen to our radio program in the eastern Uganda.
